Westhills Ridge Limited was incorporated in 2015 as a joint venture company between the Social Security and National Insurance Trust [SSNIT] and Amandi Group.
The primary purpose of Westhills Ridge is to oversee the construction, sales and the management of the ‘’Eden Heights’’ development enclave in the Ga South Municipal Area, Accra West.
The synergy of SSNIT, with its long history of funding major construction projects and the experience of Amandi Holding Limited, in producing quality with style has ensured the construction of a unique types of apartments that will be the envy of many in the real estate industry in the country.
The development will be managed by a competent facilities management company to ensure the effective delivery of dedicated water and power supply, maintenance and security for an enjoyable living experience.
